Thank you for using the Cleanosaur Professional App. Here the cleaning professional can register for a profile that includes – “A Nice To Meet You,” introduction video, profile pictures of their person and work quality, and their contact information. They will have access to GPS tracking customer pinpoint, location and mapping services, work order history management, and a mobile online payment platform. Money will be transferred into your bank account at the completion of a cleaning job. The cleaning partner will also be able to receive ratings and reviews from their customers. They will also be able to rate and review their customers as well.
Here is how it works?
1. Customer sets their cleaning location, provides request and payment details, and sends the job out to all registered Cleanosaur professionals who are set to available in the app. The app searches nearby Cleanosaur Professionals 50+ miles to send the available work to.
2. The Cleanosaur Professional receives a notification of a cleaning request with all available details of the job, and a price– then has the option to Accept or Reject the job
3. The Cleanosaur Professional will watch the customers Nice to Meet You Video, Review the customer’s profile, chat message to finalize job details, accept the job.
4. The work gets completed, is confirmed complete in the app, all payment including tips will be transferred into the bank account of the cleaning professional from the customer.
